Your request
Privacy
Daytona Pavers is a free service that connects homeowners with local, independent paver installers. It is not itself the contractor.
This page explains what happens when you use the quote form on daytonapavers.com. The form is the only contact method we publish. There is no phone number on the site.
What we collect
When you submit the form, we collect:
- First name, last name, email, and phone.
- City and ZIP, project type, approximate size, timeline, optional budget range, and notes.
- The page you submitted from, and any UTM campaign parameters present in the link you used.
- The time of the request, your browser user agent, and the country associated with the connection.
- A one-way hash of the connection address, used only to slow repeated submissions. We do not store the raw IP address in the lead record.
- Your confirmation that the request may be shared with a local installer.
Why we collect it
We collect it to pass your project to a local installer and to keep a record of the request. If a field is labeled optional, you can leave it blank. The honeypot field labeled company website is for spam filtering. Leave it empty.
Who receives it
Lead information is shared with a local, independent installer to provide a quote. We also email the same details to the operator of Daytona Pavers. The recipient of that email is fixed in our system. It is not something you choose on the form, and it is not published on the site.
We do not sell your information as a general marketing list. After an installer has your details, their own privacy practices apply to how they store and use them. We do not control that.
Where it is stored
Leads are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database tied to this site. The site itself is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes connection data to deliver the site and to reduce abuse. We do not run advertising cookies, and the form does not require an account.
A spam check called Turnstile is off unless we later enable it. If we turn it on, the form will load Cloudflare's challenge script, and this page will say so.
How long we keep it
We keep lead records so an installer can follow up and so we can operate the service. If you want a lead deleted, submit the quote form with the same email address and put "privacy deletion request" in the notes. A person handles that. It is not automatic, and we may keep a minimal note that a deletion was requested if we need it to prevent abuse.
Children
This site is for homeowners arranging property work. It is not directed at children.
Questions about a quote request
Who receives my quote request?
A local, independent paver installer receives it so they can contact you with a quote. The operator of Daytona Pavers also receives an email copy. We do not sell the information as a general marketing list.
Do you store my IP address?
We store the country associated with the request and a one-way hash used to limit repeated submissions. We do not put your full IP address in the lead record.
How do I ask you to delete my lead?
Submit the quote form again with the same email and the note privacy deletion request. Deletion is handled by a person, not an instant button.
