Hammock and oceanfront lots also deal with salt. Western sections deal more with pine, sand, and irrigation rust than with sea spray. Many addresses use 32137 or 32164.

Long driveways change the budget

City or county

Inside Palm Coast city limits, the city handles most residential permits. Some Hammock-area properties fall under Flagler County instead. Confirm which line you are on. It is not the same office as Volusia County, and an installer who only knows Daytona paperwork should say so.

Flagler County, not a Volusia permit

Palm Coast is in Flagler County. It stays on this site because the same coast and many of the same installers show up in search, not because Volusia's use permit applies. Inside the city, ask Palm Coast. Some Hammock addresses fall under Flagler County instead. We are not reprinting a Flagler fee schedule we did not verify on November 1, 2026.
